Studying Digital Humanities and Social Studies
The department administers several degree programs, including the Bachelor’s program in Digital Humanities and Social Sciences and the Master’s program in Digital Humanities . Both programs are system-accredited .

DHSS as an applied and specialized subject
There are many other ways to study the content of the Digital Humanities and Social Sciences (DHSS). These range from a focus on digitalization to in-depth specializations in specific subject areas. We offer these as minor modules in many Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. Furthermore, Digital Humanities can also be taken as an applied subject within Data Science.
Interested in a DHSS certificate?
In the winter semester 2021/22, the modular study program Digital Humanities was introduced, upon completion of which a certificate is awarded.
