Studying Digital Humanities and Social Studies

The department is responsible for the DHSS degree programs at FAU. These include the Bachelor’s degree program in Digital Humanities and Social Studies and the Bachelor’s degree program in Digital Humanities.

Both programs are system accredited.

DHSS in minor and applied subject

In addition, there are many other ways to study the content of DHSS. These range from a focus on digitization to subject-specific majors. For this, we play minor subject modules in many bachelor and master programs. In addition, you can also take Digital Humanities as an application subject in Data Science.

Interested in a certificate from DHSS?

Starting in the winter semester 2021/22, we will introduce the Digital Humanities module course, after which you will receive a certificate.
